10. Set up your roster with moms and leaders (including DGLs and Mentors) so they can receive MOPS benefits related to their serving position in your group.
9. Read leadership training articles and back issues of the Connections magazine to develop your skills as a woman, mother, and a leader.
8. Discover forms and resources for the bookkeeping of your group. (Financial documents, Mom/MOPPETS Registration, volunteer applications, End-of-year evaluations, etc.)
7. Find action items for each month of the year - keep your group on track!
6. Register for training events like Webinars and MOMcon 2013, and watch pre-recorded webinars for further training on specific topics.
5. Reference the MOPS Theme Curriculum Guide throughout the year as you use the DVDs with your leadership team and the rest of your group.
